Cancellation, Refund, and Right of Withdrawal

Even if you have placed an order and made the payment, you can return the product within 14 days if you wish to cancel.

You can return the product within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date without opening, damaging, altering, or using the product. Please return the product with a letter or return form that includes the product invoice and your order number.

It is mandatory to keep the shipping invoice on the front of the package and the invoice inside the package. Returns will not be accepted if there is no shipping invoice and invoice.

Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, used, damaged, etc.

You must return the product in the same condition as you received it.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

If the BUYER has purchased a service, the 14-day period starts from the date of signing the contract. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the service has begun with the consumer's consent before the end of the withdrawal period.

The expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the SELLER.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be made to the SELLER by registered mail, fax, or email within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must not have been used within the scope of the "Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used" as stipulated in this contract.

CONDITIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL:

The SELLER is obliged to refund the total price to the BUYER and return the documents that put the BUYER under debt within a maximum of 10 days from the date the withdrawal notification reaches them and to receive the goods within 20 days.

If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to a reason arising from the fault of the BUYER or if it becomes impossible to return the goods, the BUYER is liable to compensate the damages of the SELLER to the extent of their fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for any changes or deterioration in the product caused by proper use of the product within the right of withdrawal period.

If the campaign limit amount set by the SELLER is not met due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the amount of the discount benefited from the campaign will be canceled.
